Associate Attorney - Worker's Comp Litigation - WFH optional
Firm Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (2 days in office PER MONTH for company paid luncheons)

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Benefits:

The firm has automatic enrollment in the 401k plan starting at 4% deferral (payroll deduction). The firm matches 25% of the deferral, up to 6% deferral. There is no waiting period but it takes Fidelity approximately 30 days to process a new hire, once I enter that person into the system. Also, once they are in the system, they can change their deferral percentage and can also select Roth by going into their newly created account. For Health insurance, new employees are eligible to enroll on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment.
Job Description:
Our client is a national, multi-office firm seeking a skilled and experienced Worker's Comp Attorney to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of worker's comp matters, represent clients in litigation proceedings, and collaborate with a team of talented attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services. Expertise in defending employers, carriers and third party administrators and litigation and pre-litigation counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey; a plus if also barred in PA
- 2-5 years of experience in worker's comp litigation
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team AND autonomously
