Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a team supervisor, developing strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.
- Supervise and provide hands-on training to behavior technicians, ensuring the effective implementation of programs.
- Oversee and manage the treatment planning process for individualized clinical programs, while analyzing progress.
- Facilitate parent training sessions, teaching ABA principles and building positive relationships.
- Conduct ongoing assessment of client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Behavior Specialist License (LBS) (Required).
- Willingness to relocate to Philadelphia, PA before starting.
- Ability to work in-person with some remote flexibility.
Schedule:
- Day shift or night shift availability.
- Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility based on caseload.
