BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Our client is seeking an experienced BCBA to assist with clinical supervision and operations. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, practical, focused, personable, and adept at managing multiple detailed activities essential for smooth agency operations. This organization specializes in providing ABA in the natural environment and offers opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Licensed Behavior Specialists in creating and implementing quality ABA programs.
• Mentor new clinicians to develop ABA programming skills and navigate interactions with parents, teachers, and technicians.
• Review assessments and treatment plans, providing staff supervision and training.
• Perform quality checks of clinical documentation.
• Provide ABA skills training to field staff and new hires.
• Maintain a small caseload (3-4 cases).
• Handle additional administrative activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Board Certification (BCBA) required
• PA Behavior Specialist license required
