This role is primarily focused on providing services in home and community settings and offers competitive W2 compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Supervise and coach Behavior Technicians on clinical matters.
  • Participate in company training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated operations team to streamline client intake and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS) in PA.
  • Optional: BCBA certification from the Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in conducting assessments and supervising therapists.
