Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and adults? Our client is dedicated to providing personalized behavior support services through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a focus on relationship-building and individualized care, they serve families affected by ASD, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and other social and executive functioning challenges.

Caseloads of 25-40 hours per week are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies to support client growth.
  • Collect and analyze data as instructed by the BCBA.
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral interventions to decrease maladaptive behaviors and foster skill acquisition.
  • Assist in transferring skills to caregivers and school staff for generalization and maintenance.
  • Participate in required training and supervision sessions.

Qualifications

  • Kind, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • 1 year in Applied Behavior Analysis
    • 1 year as TSS/BHT
    • RBT certification or completion of 40-hour training
  • Must have valid childcare clearances (child abuse, criminal record check, FBI fingerprints).
