Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Identifying medical needs for individual members, and setting care priorities accordingly
Developing ongoing Plans of Care, in partnership with our client’s interdisciplinary teams
Interpreting, recording, and acting on diagnostic results and performing advanced nursing techniques and critical care procedures
Identifying and assessing major medical problems and communicating potential needs to a physician/specialist
Qualifications:
Applicants should hold a current RN license and valid driver's license. Vaccination from covid-19 is a condition for hiring. A request for exemption can be submitted and will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis.
