Job Overview: 

SAFREST Resources is a leading recruitment and staffing agency specializing in Healthcare, Behavioral Health, Education, and Legal industries. We are seeking an Account Manager to build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring their staffing needs are addressed with customized, effective solutions. Most of the work will be conducted from our office, with some in-person meetings at client sites as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish new client accounts by identifying opportunities and assisting with negotiating contracts.

- Conduct market research, outreach, and networking to support new business opportunities.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized staffing solutions.

- Make frequent calls, send numerous emails, and follow up persistently to ensure client engagement.

- Hold meetings with clients to discuss their needs and present tailored solutions.

- Assist in sales presentations and closing deals with prospective clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.

- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track customer interactions, and monitor progress toward business goals.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of sales experience in the staffing industry or related client business development, preferably within the healthcare sector.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Interest in learning and growing in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

About the Role: 

As an Account Manager you will play a key role in supporting the growth of SAFREST Resources. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing new client accounts, building relationships with potential clients, making a lot of calls, sending frequent emails, following up diligently, holding meetings, and assisting with negotiating contracts to ensure smooth client engagement. While most of the work will be conducted in the office, occasional travel to client sites will be required. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
