Overview:
We are partnering with a premier ABA therapy provider seeking a compassionate and skilled BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Design and implement ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs), ensuring the accurate implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, team members, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development for clinical staff.
- Participate in quality audits and establish best practices to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications:
- Required: Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in the state of PA.
- Required: BCBA or BC-ABA certification.
- Experience with ABA assessments, treatment planning, and supervising staff is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
