Location: Philadelphia, PA (cases are throughout the Philadelphia area)

Overview:
We are partnering with a premier ABA therapy provider seeking a compassionate and skilled BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Design and implement ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs), ensuring the accurate implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, team members, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development for clinical staff.
• Participate in quality audits and establish best practices to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Required: Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in the state of PA.
• Required: BCBA or BC-ABA certification.
• Experience with ABA assessments, treatment planning, and supervising staff is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
