Safro Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide and coordinate care for elderly participants in a community-based PACE program. This role includes assessments, treatment planning, supervision of CRNPs, participation in interdisciplinary team meetings, and rotating on-call coverage.

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine  
- PA Medical License and DEA  
- 1+ year geriatric experience preferred  
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
