Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support children and adolescents with behavioral health needs in school, home, or community-based settings. The BHT will work under the direction of a licensed clinician to help implement treatment plans and promote positive behaviors.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one behavioral support
Implement treatment strategies developed by clinical supervisors
Assist with crisis management and de-escalation when needed
Document daily progress and behavioral data
Maintain professional communication with supervisors and families
Ensure a safe, supportive environment for clients
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred
Must pass required clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, PA State Police)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with some flexibility based on client needs
Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required
