Safro Staffing is hiring a Client Services Specialist for an IDD program in the Pittsburgh area.

Key Duties:

• Recruit and staff DSPs

• Manage scheduling and retention

• Build relationships with Supports Coordinators

• Drive outreach and growth

• Conduct field investigations

• Resolve issues and track performance

Requirements:

• ODP Critical Investigator Certification (required)

• 1+ year in home care or staffing

• Sales/customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and follow-through

• Local or willing to relocate

Schedule: Mon–Fri, day shift
Location: On-site, Pittsburgh, PA

2. Customer Service – Discuss a time where they succeeded with a customer service challenge/How did they accomplish that?
3. Customer Service – Flip side of the same question: Discuss a time where they were faced with a customer service challenge and could not satisfy the customer, what was the situation and what did they attempt, what was the end result, etc.?
4. Growth – What past experience (sales and/or recruiting if applicable) will allow them to assist AmeriBest with growing our Pittsburgh branch?  What kind of experience do they have with hitting sales and/or recruiting metrics and how would they assist us with attracting future clients to the company?
