Key Duties:

Recruit and staff DSPs

Manage scheduling and retention

Build relationships with Supports Coordinators

Drive outreach and growth

Conduct field investigations

Resolve issues and track performance
Requirements:

ODP Critical Investigator Certification (required)

1+ year in home care or staffing
-
Sales/customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and follow-through

Local or willing to relocate
Schedule: Mon–Fri, day shift
Location: On-site, Pittsburgh, PA
