
We’re seeking an experienced BCBA to lead clinical operations at one of our center locations. This role oversees both our ABA clinic and a small Child Care–licensed component (not open to public enrollment), ensuring compliance with IBHS-ABA and Child Care regulations. The Center Director leads a team of BCBAs and Behavior Specialists in the center and community, supports operational excellence, partners with schools and funders, assists with recruiting and onboarding, and helps drive high-quality clinical care and staff development.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing clinical programming and center operations
Leading, supervising, and mentoring clinical staff
Ensuring regulatory compliance (IBHS-ABA & Child Care)
Supporting training, curriculum development, and BACB supervision
Managing community partnerships and internship programs
Conducting assessments and maintaining appropriate caseload balance
Supporting quality, engagement, and operational targets
Requirements:
BCBA or BCBA-D (certified at least 2 years)
Active PA licensure (Behavior Specialist, Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CRNP w/mental health cert, or Psychiatrist)
Experience leading clinical teams and supervising BCBA candidates
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to meet all state clearance and compliance requirements
