Position: Hospice Liaison

Overview:

Safro Staffing is partnering with an established hospice organization seeking a driven Hospice Liaison with the ability to establish referral relationships and a proven ability to develop new referral sources. The ideal candidate will build and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, generate admissions, and help connect patients and families with hospice services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources.

• Educate healthcare professionals and families on hospice services.

• Assess patient needs and coordinate smooth transitions to hospice care.

• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure quality care.

• Meet outreach and referral growth goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or patient advocacy (hospice preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare guidelines is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (Wayne and Oakland Counties)
