Home Health, Hospice, and Behavioral Health Startup Specialist

Safro Staffing & Consulting is hiring a specialist with direct experience launching Home Health, Hospice, and Behavioral Health organizations. We’re looking for someone who understands how to navigate licensing, credentialing, and enrollment across multiple states. The ideal candidate has a strong background preparing and submitting state licensing applications, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, commercial insurance applications, and all required supporting documents and policies. This role involves guiding clients through each step of the startup process and ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time.

Core responsibilities include:
• Managing startup tasks for Home Health, Hospice, and Behavioral Health agencies
• Completing all credentialing and enrollment applications (state, Medicare/Medicaid, commercial payors)
• Preparing and filing licensing applications and required documentation
• Tracking timelines, approvals, and follow-ups
• Communicating directly with clients throughout each step
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal requirements
