Therapeutic Group Facilitator (Contract Opportunity)

We are staffing for a behavioral health organization. Looking for place a full time group facilitator for this 1099 contract (12 weeks minimum)
Monday-Thursday (28 hrs per week)
Location: North Philadelphia (fully on site)

Reports to: Director/Coordinator
Department: Intake/Outpatient Services
Classification: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate therapeutic groups aligned with rehabilitation goals.
• Build rapport with clients and ensure daily documentation in the EHR system.
• Communicate issues to the Coordinator or Lead Staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Therapeutic Rehabilitation Specialties or related field (e.g., Art,
  Dance, Music, Recreation Movement, Creative arts).
• Knowledge of mental health and substance use.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; occasional standing, walking, and sitting.
• Moderate to loud, active work environment; occasional weather exposure.
